Custom POS System with Web-Based Dashboard

What we delivered

Al Qatari Cash & Carry is a wholesale retail operation that needed a dependable point-of-sale backbone and clear visibility into its daily sales and stock movement. We supplied, installed and configured the POS system in the store, matched to how the team actually works at the counter and in the warehouse. On top of it we built a custom web-based dashboard that pulls together live transactions, inventory movement and staff activity in one screen, so managers can see what sold, what is running low and when to reorder without waiting for end-of-day reports. The system was tested against real checkout flows before handover and the store team was trained on the new setup, including returns, price overrides and end-of-day reconciliation.
